| Age Limits |

All drivers must be over 25 years and under 70 years of age
and must have held a valid licence for at least two years, which
must be presented at the time of rental. Certain endorsements
may not be accepted, please check when making your reservation. |

| Loss or Damage to the Vehicle |

Liability for each and every accident involving any damage
to, or loss of the vehicle, and/or 3rd party vehicle during
the rental period depends on the insurance excess for that vehicle.

| Additional Drivers |

The charge for each additional driver is £10.00 per
day. His/her licence must be seen at the commencement of hire.
NO OTHER PERSON MAY DRIVE THE VEHICLE. |

| Availability of Vehicles

Every effort will be made to provide the vehicle chosen. However,
Luxury Car Services reserve the right to offer the nearest vehicle
model as an alternative. |

| Delivery and Pickup |

We can deliver and pickup any of our car to any location within
mainland Britain. This will be added on as an additional charge
over and above the cost of hiring the vehicle. |

We accept all major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa,
Switch, Amex, and Visa Delta. Account facilities are available
to UK Companies - please ask for details. |
